PlayStation Proxy IPs

Sign in to HK, Japanese and US accounts from local IPs, see each store as locals do, and set it all up in the console menu.

Accounts get native ISP IPs, leased monthly and fixed for the lease; with IP-allowlist auth the PS5 needs no password once the proxy is entered.

Regional accounts, PS5 setup, regional stores and big downloads

Multi-region accounts, console setup, store browsing and installs, all covered by one exit plan.

One IP each for HK, JP and US accounts

Many players keep accounts in several regions: Hong Kong for Chinese editions, Japan for Japanese releases, the US for English ones. Give each account a native ISP IP in its home region and it always signs in from the same place.

PS5 proxy settings: the console on a local exit

PS5 and PS4 network settings have a proxy server option: enter the address and port. Add your home line's public IP to the allowlist and the console never asks for a username or password.

Browse each PS Store: sales, demos, tiers

Release dates, prices, demos and PS Plus tiers differ by region. Open the web PS Store through a local exit and you can see which region opens pre-orders first and what is on sale this week.

Big downloads and patches on a bandwidth plan

Once the console has a proxy, downloads and updates run through it too. Heavy downloaders, shops and cafés can put downloads on a bandwidth plan: dedicated 100Mbps–1Gbps, unmetered under fair use, so game downloads aren't billed per GB.

Which IP for which way you play

Fixed exits for accounts you use every day, short-term IPs for the odd look around, bandwidth plans for heavy downloading.

Connecting a console or a PC

Consoles use an HTTP proxy, PCs and phones can also use HTTPS or SOCKS5, with username and password or IP allowlist auth.

Enter the proxy on the console

PS5: Settings → Network → Settings → Set Up Internet Connection, pick your network → Advanced Settings → Proxy Server: Use, then enter the address and port. On PS4 it sits in the Custom setup.

Allowlist your home line

The console has no field for a username and password, so allowlist your home line's public IP and give the console only the address and port.

# home IP allowlisted, no credentials needed
curl -x http://GATEWAY:PORT https://example.com/

Check the exit on a PC first

Confirm on a PC that the exit country matches the account region before you touch the console settings.

curl -x socks5h://USER:PASS@GATEWAY:PORT https://example.com/

PlayStation proxy FAQ

For accounts you sign in to every day, pick native ISP IPs (From $5/IP/month): the exit sits on a local home-broadband line, leased monthly and unchanged for the lease. Spare accounts and other consoles at home can use broadcast IPs, which are dedicated and fixed as well.

One per account. Three regional accounts need three IPs, with exits in Hong Kong, Japan and the US, and each account always signs in through its own exit, never a shared one.

In the network's advanced settings, set Proxy Server to Use and enter the address and port NexIP gives you. The console has no credential field, so first allowlist your home line's public IP in the dashboard, then complete your PSN sign-in.

Send both through the same exit. On the phone, enter the same HTTP proxy in the Wi-Fi settings or use an app that takes SOCKS5, so the console, the PS App and the web store all see one sign-in location.

Short-term IPs (From $0.17/IP): lease one for 1–24 hours in the country you want, let it go when you're done, and keep the rest of the pack for the next big sale, since packs don't expire.

A dynamic residential bandwidth plan (100Mbps / $980/30 days): 30 days of dedicated 100Mbps–1Gbps, unmetered under fair use. If the exit has to be in the US, Japan, the UK, Germany, France or Korea, choose Flagship.

Long-term static IPs bill per IP per month (From $3/IP/month), short-term IPs come in packs (From $0.17/IP), and rotating residential IPs bill per GB (From $0.8/GB) or by bandwidth plan.
